Digital Nature of Service
Our services are fully digital and accessible immediately after successful payment. Because of this instant access, traditional cancellations are generally not applicable once a transaction is completed.
Cancellation Policy
You cannot cancel a transaction once payment is completed and access to the service has been granted.
If you mistakenly made a payment or chose the wrong plan, please contact us within 24 hours and before using the service to discuss your case.
Refund Policy
We offer refunds only under the following exceptional circumstances:
You were charged multiple times for the same transaction.
You made a payment but were unable to access the service due to a verified technical error on our side.
A subscription was auto-renewed without your intent, and no usage occurred after renewal.
We do not offer refunds in the following cases:
You changed your mind after purchase.
You failed to use the service due to issues unrelated to CopyPDF.in (e.g., personal device or internet issues).
You used the service and later requested a refund.
